Due to a planned maintenance by our upstream, small number of NBN Services may be disrupted for up to 180 minutes within the change window.

Upon completion of the change all services are expected to automatically return to normal operational status.

If your service does not restore to normal operations upon completion of this scheduled maintenance, please proceed as follows:
Step 1) Power cycle your Router.

If this action still does not restore your service then:
Step 2) Contact the Operations Centre on 1300 139 550 or email to support@zetta.net.au
