Engineers will be updating all Veeam Backup & Image Archive Instances to 9.5.4.2615 (Update 4).
As part of this update clients are advised NOT to update their Veeam instances connected to us, until such time we have completed the works.
Veeam Cloud Connect will be intermittently unavailable and if you have scheduled backups during this time it is advised you pause them until works are complete.
Image Archive backups will be paused during the maintenance period.
