Engineers are upgrading core network infrastructure in Melbourne.
During the scheduled maintenance window customers may experience multiple outages of no more than 2-5 minutes each.
External network traffic (to internet) for virtual machines, backup and replication services may be interrupted multiple times for no more than 2 minutes on each event.
The network interruptions may be experienced as the network traffic switches between primary and secondary paths.
All virtual machines and services will remain fully operational and automatically restore to normal operations upon completion of the works.

The services impacted include:
- VPS and Virtual Data Centres internet access
- Management access to VPSs and VDCs
- Veeam Backup (Jobs will be paused)
- Veeam Replication (Jobs will be paused)
- Secondsite Replication.
- Ethernet Services
- MPLS Services
- All Customer Colo
