Zettagrid engineers are performing essential upgrades to VMWare infrastructure to ensure the ongoing reliability, performance and security of the environment. The upgrade process is anticipated to take 4-5 hours in the window below and no customer action is required.

During the upgrade process, workloads (vDC and VPS) will continue to operate without interruption, however management operations will be unavailable. In addition, the following services will be under maintenance:

MyAccount and vCloud: Provisioning and Management of VMs will be unavailable.
Image Archive Backups: Backups will be paused for the duration of the upgrade.
Cloud Connect: Backups will continue to operate as normal.
Cloud Connect Replication: Replication will be paused for the duration of the upgrade.
SecondSite and SecondSite Interzone: Replication will continue to operate, however failover operations through Zerto or MyAccount will be unavailable.
