We will be migrating to a new Webmail software. No outage of email services is expected.
What is changing:
- The webmail login page and webmail client at
https://email.zetta.net.au will look different.
- The online Webmail service will no longer support calendars.
- If you manage a domain, you will now need to contact
support@zetta.net.au to create new email accounts.
- The underlying IP address of the webmail server will change but customers should reference the server by the DNS address of email.zetta.net.au
What is NOT changing:
- All of your current email stored on
https://email.zetta.net.au will still remain there
- Your username and password will not change
- Email server settings like IMAP and SMTP will not change
- The webmail URL will continue to be
