Zettagrid Engineers will be upgrading components of the provisioning framework in each availability zone.
During the change window, in each zone there will be a period of approximately five minutes when interaction between MyAccount and backend services will be unavailable.
During these outages, provisioning operations (new services or resizes) will be queued for up to five minutes and client operations on MyAccount (viewing or changing service settings via MyAccount) will not work for up to five minutes.
