We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. We identified a core router pair where one of the pair failed and services were not resumed on the other. A data centre visit was required to resolve this issue. A case has been raised with the manufacturer for the router replacement. Further analysis on the technical reasons for the outage and future mitigation will be made available on this page by no later than COB 19 Nov 2020.
We're continuing to work on the full restoration of the outstanding services. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
