Engineers are performing security patches across all Zettagrid Availability Zones to address CVE-2021-44228 (Log4j1) vulnerabilities in affected products. Customer virtual machines will not be affected by this work and are expected to remain fully operational.

The following service will be impacted:

• vCloud Management Access - unavailable.
• VM Console Access - unavailable.
• Provisioning of new services - expect delays.
• Veeam Replication - no management & jobs paused.
• vDC Backup/ImageArchive backup job will be paused.
