Engineers are performing network maintenance impacting core devices in Perth. During the scheduled maintenance window customers may experience multiple outages of no more than 2-5 minutes each.
The services in all Perth zones which may be affected include:
- Internet and InterCapital Transit
- Ethernet Services
- MPLS Services
- ADSL and NBN Services
- All Customer Colo
- VPS and Virtual Data Centres
- Management access to VPSs and VDCs
- Veeam Backup
- Veeam Replication
- Secondsite Replication.
Some customers may need to clear arp tables for the gateway IP, or reboot onsite CPE if services do not restore.
