Zettagrid Engineers have resolved the identified issue and services are returning to normal
Zettagrid found further issue with management services and are now being investigated.

Zettagrid Engineers have been alerted to a VM management issue in the Jakarta Zone.
Currently all VM's remain operation but management services via vCloud and Backup and Recovery operations remain affected.
