Engineers are performing core network maintenance for Zettagrid, to resolved issues relating to outage on the 13th of September.

Network traffic for virtual machines, backup, replication, Ethernet Internet and Mobile Broadband services will be interrupted multiple times for no more than 30 seconds each event. The network interruptions occur as the network traffic switches between primary and secondary paths, both internally (between virtual machines) and externally (to the internet) All virtual machines and services will remain fully operational and automatically restore to normal operations upon completion of the works.

The services impacted include:

• VPS and Virtual Data Centres
• Management access to VPSs and VDCs
• Veeam Backup
• Veeam Replication
• Secondsite Replication.
• Ethernet Internet
• Mobile Broadband
