Cibitung Zettagrid Zone - vDC IPSEC VPN Interruptions
At this time the incident will be resolved due to observed stability since last reported. Further monitoring will be resumed internally.
Investigations into the interruptions are ongoing. Services are restoring and will be further monitored. Updates will be provided once further information is available.
Zettagrid Engineers have identified underlying causes of the issue and are further investigating with our vendor. Some services have restored connectiviity. Intermittent interruptions may occur whilst further investigations continue.
Zettagrid Engineers wish to advise of a networking issue that has been identified that is affecting vDC IPSEC VPN services in the Cibitung Zettagrid zone.
Emergency investigation is underway to idenitify the cause and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
