Upstream carrier has identified the issue and replaced the component
Engineers have been alerted to issues with Telstra ethernet services in Sydney. Issue has been escalated with the Upstream carrier and investigations are ongoing.
NOTE: This issue is only affecting "Telstra" Fibre/ Metro Ethernet service(s) in Sydney. No other Ethernet services are affected.
