For the customers who were not able to connect to Zettagrid Veeam Cloud Connect, Please perform the following steps on your local Veeam B&R console before retry any backup job.
- Under Backup Infrastructure
click Service Providers
, right click veeam.per.zettagrid.com
on the right panel.
- Click Next
and check if you can get a valid SSL certificate under Credentials
page.
- Click Next
to the end and no changes needs to be made.
