Due to planned maintenance being performed by our engineers, small number of NBN services may experience multiple 5-10 minutes interruptions during the advised works window.
Services are expected to restore to normal operation, however, if your service does not fully restore upon completion of this scheduled maintenance, please proceed as follows:
- Step 1 - Power cycle your hardware.
