MyAccount portal will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance window. Zettagrid, ZettaNet, and Simtex MyAccount in Australia and Zettagrid MyAccount in Indonesia will be affected. As a result customers will:

  • Experience delays in the provisioning of new services
  • Be unable to modify resource allocations for existing virtual machines
