Zettagrid MyAccount portal in Indonesia will be unavailable for approximately 20 minutes during the scheduled maintenance window. Zettagrid and Simtex MyAccount portals in Australia will not be affected. As a result customers will:

  • Experience delays in the provisioning of new services
  • Be unable to modify resource allocations for existing virtual machines
