Zettagrid engineers have resolved the underlying issues. All Veeam Cloud Connect, vDC Backup and Image archive services are returning to normal operation.
Zettagrid engineers are continuing to investigate an issue in relation to Veeam Cloud Connect, vDC Backup and Image archive services for the Melbourne zone. Some tenants have been disabled as part of troubleshooting. Further updates to be provided once the issue has been identified.
