Zettagrid, ZettaNet, and Simtex MyAccount portals will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance window. We expect less than 30 minutes outage on each site during the window. As a result customers will:

  • Experience delays in the provisioning of new services
  • Be unable to modify resource allocations for existing virtual machines
  • Be unable to manage VOIP configuration from MyAccount
