A fix has been implemented and Zettagrid engineers are now closely monitoring services as they are reactivated. Please contact support if you're experiencing issues with your service.
Zettagrid engineers are working closely with Veeam support and continuing to investigate issues affecting VDC Backup and Image archive services. Further updates will be provided at the investigation progresses.
Further problems related to the issue have arisen and investigations are underway. More information will be made available as troubleshooting progresses.
Zettagrid Engineers have identified and resolved the issue. Backup jobs have been un-paused and will process as normal. Please contact support if you're experiencing further issues.
Zettagrid engineers are currently investigating an issue affecting Image Archive and VDC Backup services in CBT. Some backup jobs have been paused as part of troubleshooting. More information will be made available as troubleshooting progresses.
