Zettagrid MyAccount portal will be unavailable in Australia for up to 45 minutes per site during the scheduled maintenance window. Zettagrid MyAccount in Indonesia will not be affected in this window but will be affected in a separate maintenance window today. ZettaNet and Simtex MyAccount in Australia will be unaffected (Note: rescheduled from Tuesday 11th April to Wednesday 12th April)

As a result customers will:

  • Experience delays in the provisioning of new services
  • Be unable to modify resource allocations for existing virtual machines
