Zettagrid - Adelaide Cloud Director Emergency maintenance
The maintenance is now complete. Thanks for your patience.
Zettagrid Engineers have identified the underlying problem during further investigation and are working with vendor engineering team to resolve the issues. Futher updates will be provided when available.
Maintenance work is still ongoing. Zettagrid Engineers wish to inform customers they may be impacted by the following:
vCloud Director VM Management may be not be available. VDCBackup Jobs/Management may not be available. vCloud Availability Management may not be available.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Zettagrid engineers wish to advise that Cloud Director services in the notified zones will be paused to facilitate emergency maintenance.
Cloud Director will be inaccessible during the maintenance window however VMs will still remain operational.
