We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
Customers may experience the VDC Backup portal being temporarily unavailable or interrupted. Zettagrid engineers are investigating further. All VDC Backup jobs are not affected and will run on normal schedules.
Updates will be provided as soon as further information is available.
