ZettaNet engineers are performing network maintenance impacting core devices in Melbourne. During the scheduled maintenance window selected customers may experience multiple outages of no more than 2-5 minutes each.
The services in all Melbourne zones which may be affected include:
- Selected Ethernet Services and Virtual Cross Connects
- Selected MPLS Services
Network services for Zettagrid virtual machines will not be affected.
Some customers may need to clear arp tables for the gateway IP, or reboot onsite CPE if services do not restore.
