Upstream provider has confirmed the Data centre experienced a power outage, which resulted in service degradation. Power has now been restored, and all services are fully operational.

A network service disruption affecting small number of Vocus Fibre/Enterprise Ethernet services around the area of Perth WA has been reported and identified as an issue in the upstream carrier network.
They have engaged engineers to investigate and identify the cause of the disruption
