Engineers are performing emergency works on core network infrastructure. Network traffic for selected ethernet services, colo, vDC's, backup and replication services will be interrupted multiple times for no more than 30 seconds each event. The network interruptions occur as the network traffic switches between primary and secondary paths All virtual machines and services will remain fully operational and automatically restore to normal operations upon completion of the works.

The services impacted include:

• VPS and Virtual Data Centres transit
• Management access to VPSs and VDCs
• Veeam Backup
• Veeam Replication
• Secondsite Replication.
• Ethernet Services
• All Customer Colo

Some ethernet customers may need to clear arp tables for the gateway IP, or reboot onsite CPE if services do not restore.
