Small Number of Mobile Broadband services and NBN services in NSW might be interrupted for 1-2 mins, while Engineers perform maintenance.
Upon completion of the change all services are expected to automatically return to normal operational status.
If your service does not restore to normal operations upon completion of this scheduled maintenance, please proceed as follows:
- Step 1 - Power cycle your hardware.
If the service still does not restore then:
