Jarkarta/Citibung Zone - Veeam IA/vDC Backup Cloud Connect and Replication Emergency Works
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. All backup jobs and Cloud conncect tenants have been re-enabled and jobs should be returning to normal operations.
Engineers are performing emergency maintenance on Jakarta and Citibung Veeam Backup and Replication services. This currently affects:
- Image Archive
- vDC Backup
- Cloud Connect Backup
- Cloud Connect Replication
All the backup/replication jobs and tenants will be stopped/disabled during the maintenance window.
