Engineers are performing network maintenance impacting core devices in Sydney. During the scheduled maintenance window customers may experience multiple outages of no more than 2-5 minutes each.

The services in all Sydney zones which may be affected include:

  • Internet and InterCapital Transit
  • Ethernet Services
  • Mobile Broadbands (4G)
  • MPLS Services
  • ADSL and NBN Services
  • All Customer Colo
  • VPS and Virtual Data Centres
  • Management access to VPSs and VDCs
  • Veeam Backup
  • Veeam Replication
  • Secondsite Replication.

Some customers may need to clear arp tables for the gateway IP, or reboot onsite CPE if services do not restore.
