Zettagrid MyAccount portal in Australia will be unavailable for periods during the scheduled maintenance window. As a result customers will:

  • Experience delays in the provisioning of new services
  • Be unable to modify resource allocations for existing virtual machines

The following services are unaffected and will remain fully operational

  • All Virtual Machines

  • Network and Broadband connectivity
  • VOIP services
  • ZettaNet, and Simtex MyAccount in Australia and Zettagrid MyAccount in Indonesia will not be affected.
