Reduced MyAccount Functionality During Maintenance (CHG-2586)

Zettagrid MyAccount portal will have periods of degraded and/or delayed functionality during the scheduled maintenance window. Most MyAccount functionality will continue to work as expected. Display of usage and statistical information for live subscriptions will be unavailable and provisioning or changes to subscriptions will be delayed. Impact is expected to be limited to less than 30 minutes per availability zone. Zettagrid MyAccount in Australia and Indonesia will be affected. As a result customers will:

  • Experience delays of up to 30 minutes in the provisioning of new services or changing resource allocations for existing virtual machines
  • Be unable to retrieve live statistics on existing subscriptions.

The following services are unaffected and will remain fully operational

  • ZettaNet and Simtex MyAccount in Australia will be unaffected.

  • Network and Broadband connectivity.
  • VOIP services.
