Our upstream carrier(s) have confirmed that a small number of 1300/1800 services are affected by an issue at an interconnect point further upstream in the call path, beyond our direct carrier links. Their network engineering teams are investigating and engaging with the upstream party responsible. Most 1300/1800 calls are completing normally.
As this fault sits outside our network and our immediate carriers' networks, resolution timelines are dependent on the upstream provider. We will continue to post updates as we receive them.
