Engineers are performing network maintenance impacting core devices in Melbourne. During the scheduled maintenance window ethernet/fibre customers may experience multiple outages of no more than 2-5 minutes each. Network traffic for virtual machines, backup and replication services will be interrupted multiple times for no more than 30 seconds each event. The network interruptions occur as the network traffic switches between primary and secondary paths, both internally (between virtual machines) and externally (to the internet) All virtual machines and services will remain fully operational and automatically restore to normal operations upon completion of the works.
