Customers may experience their Cloud Connect services being temporarily disabled while Zettagrid engineers perform storage migration maintenance.

Zettagrid will contact customers directly if it is found that customer interaction is required.

While migrations are taking place, disabled tenants will be unable to upload or download data, however this data is available if it is required in an emergency. In an emergency Zettagrid Engineers are able to terminate a tenant migration that is in progress.
