Zettagrid MyAccount portal in Indonesia will be unavailable for 10 minutes during the scheduled maintenance window. As a result customers will:

  • Experience delays in the provisioning of new services
  • Be unable to modify resource allocations for existing virtual machines

The following services are unaffected and will remain fully operational

  • Network and Broadband connectivity
