Perth Zone - VDC Backup Portal (Backup File Restore Issues)
Customers may be experiencing issues with Backup File Restore operations when using the VDC Backup portal.
Zettagrid engineers advise that if customers experience issues with backup file restores or downloads, to contact our team to assist further with completing these operations.
All VDC Backup jobs are not affected and will continue to run on normal schedules.
Investigations are being conducted with Veeam and updates will be provided as soon as further information is available.
