Sydney Network Maintenance CHG-6304
Zettagrid engineers are performing network maintenance in Sydney. During the scheduled maintenance window some customers may experience interruption for 30-90 seconds.
The services in the Sydney zone which may be affected include:
- Ethernet/Fibre Services
- MPLS Services
- Internet Transit
Network services for Zettagrid virtual machines will not be affected.
Some customers may need to clear arp tables for the gateway IP, or reboot onsite CPE if services do not restore.
