Customers may experience their Cloud Connect services being temporarily disabled while Zettagrid engineers perform storage migration maintenance.

The migrations are being managed by Zettagrid Engineers and no customer action is required.

While migrations are taking place, customers will be unable to upload or download data, however this data is available if it is required in an emergency.

In an emergency Zettagrid Engineers are able to terminate a tenant migration that is in progress. Should this situation occur please contact support on 1300 597 656.
