Customers may experience their Cloud Connect services being temporarily disabled while Zettagrid engineers perform ongoing storage migration maintenance. Zettagrid will contact customers directly if it is found that customer interaction is required. While migrations are taking place, customers will be unable to upload or download data, however this data is available if it is required in an emergency. Please get in touch with Zettagrid support should you have any questions or require assistance. In an emergency Zettagrid Engineers are able to terminate a tenant migration that is in progress. Should this situation occur please contact support on 1300 597 656.
