Zettagrid engineers have fixed the identified issue, and will continue to monitor the status of VDC Backup jobs and schedules.
Zettagrid Engineers are have found a component in the Veeam Backup infrastructure as a cause of the failing jobs. A case has been raised with Veeam to investigate further. Jobs have been enabled after further checks and will resume operations. Customers are advised to manually run backup jobs(retry) if they were affected by a failed job run, otherwise backups will resume during the next backup schedule.
Zettagrid Engineers will continue to monitor the status of VDC Backup jobs and schedules.
