Zettagrid Engineers have identified an issue with a Cloud Connect Scale out backup repository. Customers that may be currently encountering failed backup jobs, we wish to request that you run a "Active Full" backup in order to restore backup processes with the Cloud Connect repositories. Further updates will be provided to affected customers as soon as investigations have been completed.
Zettagrid Engineers are investigating current issues with Cloud Connect Backup jobs in the Melbourne Zone. This currently is affecting only some customer backup jobs. Investigation is underway, and updates will be provided as more information is available.
