VMware have identified that a Pink Screen of Death (PSOD) is likely to occur on the physical host during some network circumstances running VMware ESXi 6.7. The PSOD will result in customer VMs rebooting onto a new host.

As a result, the Zettagrid physical server fleet will be patched to resolve this issue. VMs will be live migrated to another host during the upgrade process occurs and no disruption is likely to occur.

If you identify that you server has been rebooted unexpectedly please contact support@zettagrid.com so we can investigate the cause.
